Cancellation and Refund Policy

Soleil Music and Arts Cancellation and Refund Policy (Please scroll down to read)
We understand that circumstances may change, and parents or guardians may need to alter their plans. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to provide clarity on these matters:

Performance and Recital Program
The Performance & Recital participation fee(s) are non-refundable; however, if the student(s) cannot participate as planned, AND the parent or guardian has provided written notification via email, within 24 hours AFTER the scheduled performance has concluded, the parent or guardian(s) will receive the option to:
​• Transfer their registration(s) to a rescheduled date of their choice within 6 months of the original date. If transfer arrangements are not requested within 6 months, the transfer option will no longer be available.
The event venue, organizers or Soleil Music and Arts reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the events.
1. If the event is cancelled by the venue, organizer or Soleil Music and Arts, participants will be offered the option to:
a) transfer their registration to a rescheduled date or:
b) receive a full refund if a suitable date is not available.
​**Please note that these event policies are subject to change. If any changes are necessary, they will be communicated to the parents of participants via email notice.
Chamber Group Program
The Chamber Group tuition fee is non-refundable. If the parent or guardian has pre-paid for an upcoming semester, and the student(s) cannot participate as planned, the parent or guardian will receive the option to:
a) receive a full refund, if they notify Soleil Music and Arts in writing via email before the start of the semester they are seeking a refund for. No refunds will be issued after rehearsals for the semester have begun.

b) transfer their registration to the following semester, if they notify Soleil Music and Arts in writing via email before the 15th of September of the Fall semester, or the 15th of February of the Spring semester.

​Soleil Music and Arts reserves the right to cancel the chamber group program and/or move the program to another location if the current venue becomes unavailable.
​
1.If the chamber group program is relocated by Soleil Music and Arts, more than 5 miles away from the original venue, the parent or guardian will be offered the option to:
a) receive a prorated refund calculated by weeks remaining in the semester.
2. If the chamber group program is cancelled by the Soleil Music and Arts, participants will be offered the option to:
a) receive a prorated refund calculated by weeks remaining in the semester.
